You can review our full Refund Policy here. If your magazine is never received, arrives damaged or has printing defects, contact us immediately (or within 90 days) and we'll send a replacement. Due to the custom nature of our print-on-demand magazines, we do not offer returns or exchanges.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free! We use Standard USPS Shipping.
How long does shipping take?
Since each magazine is printed specifically for your order, estimated production and delivery times are approximately 2-3 weeks.
Do you ship internationally?
Shipping is currently only available within the United States (all 50 states). We do not ship to Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, or international locations at this time.
Do you offer print subscriptions for any of your magazines?
At this time, we do not offer print subscriptions. Our magazines are only available as special releases.
